I don't know where but it sure is pretty!
Hmmm . . .looks familiar. I can't name it, but I'd guess a library of some sort.

At first glance, I thought train station, but now I can see the books. (I can see the books or Michelle's power of suggestion is very strong.) I can't say as I know.
My guess is The Library of Congress.
NYC Public Library?
No idea but I wish I could go there.

Library of Congress? I think that would be about the oldest. Or possibly Harvard or Yale?
Trinity College Library in Dublin, Ireland?
I was wondering if it was catacombs at first, but then I realized I was too morbid and the picture has too much light.
